So, given that, what are the best free ways advertise vacancies?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zillow is No Longer Free<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zillow.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zillow<\/a> used to be a great way to list your rental property for free.  Unfortunately, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fool.com\/millionacres\/real-estate-investing\/articles\/zillow-now-charges-for-rental-listings-heres-what-property-owners-need-to-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zillow now charges $9.99\/week per rental property<\/a> to advertise it on their Website.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your rental market is pretty strong, you might not want to pay to advertise on Zillow when your property can be rented using other, free sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free Rental Property Listing Websites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, there are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buildium.com\/blog\/how-to-advertise-rental-property-for-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">many ways<\/a> to list your rental property for free.  Here are three of the best:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook Marketplace<\/a>: Using your Facebook account, go to &#8220;Facebook Marketplace&#8221;.  From there, go to a category called &#8220;Property Rentals.&#8221;  There, you can easily create a new listing for your rental property.  Facebook Marketplace is widely used.  Best of all, Facebook Marketplace does not charge any listing fees.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/nextdoor.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nextdoor<\/a>: Using your Nextdoor account, go to &#8220;For Sale &amp; Free&#8221;.  From there, click the &#8220;Post a Listing&#8221; button.  Finally, choose the category of &#8220;Property Rentals&#8221;.  Nextdoor is increasingly popular.  And, just like Facebook, Nextdoor does not charge a listing fee.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.craigslist.org\/about\/sites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Craigslist<\/a>: One of the oldest and most popular sites, Craigslist is still a way to list for free in most places.  The exception is that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.craigslist.org\/about\/help\/posting_fees#:~:text=All%20craigslist%20postings%20are%20free%2C%20except%20for%3A%20Job,NYC%20areas%E2%80%94%245%20Commercial%20real%20estate%20in%20the%20US%E2%80%94%245\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">apartment rentals in Boston, Chicago, and New York require a $5 listing fee<\/a>.  Outside of those cities, Craigslist rental property listings are free.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see, when you need to list your rental property, there are some great free listing services out there.
